Competitive Salary

Starting salary up to $67,370 yr.

  • Base salary + applicable annual incentive pay:
  • $2,000 for Peace Officer Certification (POST)
  • $1,000 for Bilingual Spanish Pay.
  • $1,000 for an Associate Degree
  • $2,000 for Bachelor Degree
  • $4,000 for Master Degree
  • $.50 hourly Night Shift Differential Pay
  • Lateral Entry Pay Based on Training & Experience

*Base pay calculated including 11 paid holidays

  • We offer comprehensive and affordable medical, dental and vision benefits to employees and their families. In addition, we provide Life Insurance – one time annual salary paid by employer.

Excellent Retirement

  • Define Benefit Pension Plan (ACCG): employee contribution 6% of pay, County contributes 17.5%.
  • Age + Years of Service =75 and minimum 55 years of age.
